Listening to: Justified and Ancient, KLF with Tammy Wynette. (I love this song – thanks, Mickey!)
Mood: Half flustered, half determined to relax. (I think they cancel each other out somewhat. What is the mood equivalent of white noise??)
Reason: This blog was down and I had no idea when it was going to be available again. Too much time spent fiddling with it and now I have to get ready for work. (Note to self: CW, you have NO CONTROL over Google/Blogger servers. None.) While this blog was down I decided to also fiddle with a table for another post (on lint) and discovered that I had forgotten the HTML for tables. Unfortunately now I have an unpleasant mantra playing in my head. Table row table data table data table row…
Argh.

Glad you grabbed the song! =)
So that’s what TD stands for! I have a shorter table making mantra that goes … TR TD TD etc. I hope a little more knowledge doesn’t mess up my table making head. 🙂 Good luck with getting the Blogger Beta stuff sorted, I’m still holding off on changing over but regular Blogger posts appear to be publishing more quickly. I’m so looking forward to having categories.
Yes, thanks for providing it, Mickey, I’ve always loved it! 🙂
Dee hehe sorry about the mantra 😉 As for Blogger Beta, despite all the hassles I’m still glad I swapped!
I have been holding off on changing as well because of all the people, including you, who seem to be having all sorts of woes on the beta. Actually, for me at least, publishing the regular way seems slower, and as of late, it seems Blogger is slower opening and operating. It’s as if they are gradually neglecting the regular version to move to the new one, but have not gotten the new one together yet. Not very encouraging. I have had Blogger for a while, but I am seriously considering a migration, as hateful as the notion seems. I just want something that works. Best, and keep on blogging.
Angel, I really hope Blogger stabilises the system soon. It’s been mostly okay for me but I can understand yours and others’ reluctance to swap…
