Conference, day one

My question about wireless access at the convention centre, and bringing my Tablet, was answered last night when I attended the opening ceremony. I want to ‘travel’ as light as possible, so the idea of lugging the Tablet around all day doesn’t appeal at all. Thankfully there are numerous computers around the convention centre for the use of delegates, so I should be able to hop onto one when I get the urge to blog something. I’m really pleased that there will be a fair amount of blogging about this conference, as, apart from blog the conf, we also have the official blog (see if you can spot CW the jammy git).

I wonder how many will be at this morning’s breakfast…

Lots of familiar faces at the opening reception from the official blog… wish I could have been there! Biennial always crosses over my husband’s birthday.
