Eight more random facts

I’ve been tagged to do the Eight Random Facts meme by Sue Waters. I’ve already done this meme, so I’ll vary it a bit this time, by writing my answers based on Sue’s answers. You’ll have to look at her blog to see what her Eight Random Facts were.

1. My nickname, at work and elsewhere, is Con. It’s short for Constance. Bloggers usually call me CW when we meet face-to-face. I don’t know if anyone has other nicknames for me?
2. The first car I drove (not counting the driving instructor’s Nissan) was an old Daihatsu Charade. It was one of those really boxy-looking little cars. It used to really struggle going uphill…
3. If things are not happening in an environment with artificially generated gravity, with strange looking aliens, space battles and futuristic settings – then it is not a good movie – my faves include Serenity… early Star Wars… you get the picture.
4. I love animated movies! Disney, Pixar, Studio Ghibli…
5. At the moment, I only watch tv so I can snuggle on the couch with M… usually we watch stuff like Dr Who.
6. M’s doing the dishes as I type.
7. I love writing Christmas cards. I try and personalise the cards I write and provide news. I write to people who I would otherwise not keep in contact with. I also enjoy handwriting each card.
8. I really suck at all sport (except maybe the keyboard kind – Sim Golf, anyone?). I don’t enjoy watching it, and couldn’t care less about AFL, tennis, the Olympics…
