Poor old blog went offline a couple of weeks ago when the hosting site it lives on deactivated it, due to “phishing”. I’m still not sure how the site was compromised and what exact nefarious purposes it might have been used for. Sigh. My apologies to anyone out in the net who may have been inconvenienced or annoyed by any unauthorised activity from this site in the past few weeks. In any case, thanks to dear M who extracted all the old posts (I’d carelessly neglected to maintain any backups! I know!), we’re all back up again. You may notice a change in the URL (www.flexnib.com instead of blog.flexnib.com because I have moved to a new account).
I did briefly contemplate letting the blog just fade away (i.e. not restore it) but the idea of not having my own space online, completely controlled by me, didn’t sit well.
I think there are still a few things broken here – mainly images, because I neglected to tick a box to import them as well as all posts and pages, sigh – but everything else should be fine. I’ll have to figure out some way of informing those few readers who’re only subscribed via RSS (I think many of my readers also follow me on Twitter).
I’ve picked a theme for the blog for now but may change it again in due course.
Oh, and the other reason I needed to be back online? #blogjune will be happening soon!

You may still want to setup a sub domain for blog.flexnib.com in case people have it bookmarked. Easy to do, can show you when you have time. Just make it redirect to http://www.flexnib.com.
Mobe view of blog looks nice btw 🙂
Welcome back 🙂 and yeah mobile version looks good.
