…and I’m flagging already.
This is a blog about nothing, isn’t it? Not that it’s as funny as the Show About Nothing.
How did I used to blog regularly? What on earth did I write about?
I spent most of today with family.
Went to dim sum with M’s sister’s family, and I didn’t even think to take photos of the dim sum we had. We ate lots, though.
Had afternoon tea with my mother and my brother’s family. Took no pictures either. My niece made a delicious coffee cake. Nobody really liked the wasabi cheese we thought we’d try. Mom mad some delicious char siew.
Nothing amazingly interesting to relate, but on the other hand I had a good time being with people I love.
I suppose that’s what matters. Certainly mundane is good, compared to some of the things that happened around the world today.

It’s important to stop and admire the beautiful in the everyday, and that’s what I feel after reading your post. I also had a nice time with family and friends on Sunday, and feel warned and blessed.
It’s too easy to get caught up in the day-to-day. Weekends are good 🙂
I hear you. This post touched a chord on many levels. I think I have mixed my metaphors a bit there : ) but I’m sure you will know what I mean as, for a simple kind of post, it packed a complex little punch.
Thanks, thanks for reading 🙂
