Wavering

Good morning. I had a real battle with myself when the alarm went off this morning. I actually lay there for a good two minutes willing myself to get out of bed, while listening to the the radio. I am quite tired still, and hope I make it through the day. M would like to go and see Batman Begins this evening, and it would be a pity if I fell asleep during the movie! We watched The Corporation while eating dinner last night, and I dozed off during the middle, even thought it was an interesting movie (documentary). [Edit: Actually, interesting is too bland a word – it was a real eye-opener! I found the statement by the speaker from the Fraser Institute, about how every inch of earth and air should be privatised, chilling!] I thought it was just me being tired due to my early start, but M was tired too and said he felt like going to bed when we finally peeled ourselves off the couch (Baubles the cat protesting all the while as we mussed up the warm doona* that she was snuggled in).

Whenever I feel tired during the day at the moment I am not sure if it is because of the early rising experiment, or just “normal” tiredness. It is hard to blame any incidents of dozing off in the evenings on the experiment, because I have been known to fall asleep during movies etc, experiment or not!
