Eeek! Been reading (blogs) and writing (emails and comments) all morning and now it’s almost time to get ready for work.
The Free Range Librarian‘s written about the fact that the President of the American Library Association (herself a blogger!) is hosting a bloggers’ soirée. That got me thinking, wouldn’t it be great if we could have something similar at Click 06 in September? Only problem is, I don’t think there are many Australian librarian bloggers out there… and in any case, only a few are I only know of one who is coming to Perth.
ALIA (Australian Library and Information Association) does have a blog, but it doesn’t seem to have any RSS feeds, and comments haven’t been enabled, either. I’ve emailed them about this and have been assured that it’s being looked into.
