I don’t know what to write this morning, the first day of the new year, 2007. Looking back over the year that’s been…
2006:
The driest year in 66 years, a census year, bananas were at record prices and Blogger had a long-overdue upgrade.
Lint was born!
We moved house. (We’re still moving – yesterday we moved half the bookshelves – with all the fiction – today I think we’re going to move the non-fiction.)
I delivered not one, but two, papers at a conference.
Baubles was sick.
We went to Tambellup, and Beverley.
I went to Malaysia, and Sydney.
I attended my first Perth bloggers’ meetup. Haven’t been to the last few (too many other things on) but I look forward to going along to more this year.
Reg Bolton passed away. A friend was seriously ill – almost died – but recovered and is back on his feet again.
It’s been an eventful year!
I don’t know what this year will bring, but I’m looking forward to it.

I’ve been looking at that meme too, it’s a great one! I will do it too (this week!), though it’ll be hard to think of stuff!

No memes from me. Just the best wishes, and keep on blogging.
