Last Saturday Kathryn and I spent a few hours in Sydney, while on our way back from Auckland. We had lunch with jl, Mr. jl, Fiona, and Morgan.
We ate at the very pleasant Glebe Point Diner. The picture on the right shows me pouring my Coopers Pale Ale (no, I do not customarily drink out of brown paper bags; that’s how they served it). The food was tres yummy, too.
It was wonderful to catch up; made me wish we could catch up more often. I don’t think we even talked shop too much.
For the record, I have to say how good Sydney public transport is from the airport into the city. Fast and easy.
