Thanks…

  1. Mum. Need I say more?
  2. Mum-in-law. I am lucky and grateful that we get along, despite the fact that we don’t actually agree on a lot of issues.
  3. Prof DSGG, who was the first academic/professional mentor I ever had. He challenged me to perform and gave me a job as his research assistant when I needed it (he didn’t really need me I don’t think).
  4. Old boss, who suggested I try my current job. When I said I wasn’t interested because I wouldn’t be doing “hands on stuff” any more, he told me I was wrong. He was right!
  5. M, for always being there for me.
