Despite being relativelyuncared for, the rose bush and jasmine bush in the front yard both bloom at this time of year.
We also have lots of bottlebrush stamens in our yard, blown in from the trees out on the street. I’d show you some but Paco the chihuahua likes eating them.

I wonder if they’re sweet, the bottlebrush stamens, I mean. Who needs jelly beans or the like when one has bottlebrush?
I’m sure they must be sweet. Peppi is not interested in them at all, though.
