Wolfgang and Ludwig (Ludo) the chihuahuas.

Shame about the table jutting in at the top right but I was trying to get this picture before they jumped away. As indeed they did immediately after I took the picture.

Dogs make very good housemates, even if they can be messy and noisy. Wooly and Lu (for those are their nicknames) are fun and affectionate. Very smart and observant and quick to make the most of any opportunity.

A quiet Sunday. It’s been wet. The rain arrived at around 11pm overnight, accompanied by thunder and lightning. (Fortunately these chis don’t seem to be bothered by thunder and slept through it all.) After a dry and never-ending warm six months I’m trying to enjoy the change.
