I don’t know what to write about this morning.

I can’t believe another weekend is over yet again. I didn’t do much. Read. Wrote a bit (see yesterday’s post). Cooked. Did laundry. Watched Spooks on DVD. Changed all my passwords. Now they are composed of almost all numbers, instead of the name of my cat plus one numeral. I can say this now as they are all changed. I’m sure this is a good thing, at least until I forget the password 😉

I decided to take this precaution after reading about the saga of Xia Xue (what are the characters in her name, by the way? Xia: down + Xue: snow =”Snowing”? That’s what I always think, anyway). Not that this blog is in danger of being hacked, but I’m sure it’s a good idea to get into good habits now.

Downloaded RSSOwl because Bloglines seemed to be slow and down a lot over the weekend. The first time I ever saw the Bloglines Plumber (him up there!) some weeks ago, I thought he was endearing and a nice way to tell people your service was down. Now I just get annoyed. RSSOwl is nice to use, but I need to get over my attachment to the ol’ web-based reader first. And there is still the problem that I use 3 different computers at work. Maybe I should try Kinja again. What other web-based aggregators can I try?

Busy week ahead as it is Orientation Week. Semester 2 starts next week.
