Part of my neighbourhood looks extremely desirable at the moment.
The building, a former fast food restaurant, has been slowly deteriorating ever since the restaurant closed down last year. (The main good thing about it closing has been what seems to me like a slightly smaller cockroach population in the general area.)
As for the van, one day it was just there, intact. The next day, it was gutted and burnt. I have no idea what happened.
It makes me sad when I walk past it.

Is that the old Chicken Treat?
ES and I saw a burnt car in Carine high school car park that stayed there for weeks and weeks. It always struck me as being very odd as I would expect it to cause copycat behaviour. Sad anyway.

I just had the craziest urge to come and decorate it with tinsel and Christmas lights – I think the end of year fatigue must be getting to me…
