(I can’t remember what I was going to blog this morning.)
Woke a few minutes before the alarm, grabbed the iPad and was just looking through the tweets overnight. Started realising something had happened in Boston, then the radio news came on, and confirmed it.
Wikipedia is as usual a source of news. Thinking about the News is bad for you – And giving up reading it will make you happier Guardian article that’s been making the rounds these past couple of days. In a situation like this there’s so much rumour and misinformation, and it is depressing and horrifying, but I find that I do want to know what’s happening. I always remember 9/11, and where I was, when something like this happens.
I’m listening to WBUR, Boston’s NPR News Station as I type. President Obama is speaking.
What I’m wondering: why??
